Just read this article in the the Financial Gleaner today…..An Italian Mayor is offering the people in his small town of Varallo in north Italy, population of 7500, Euro50.00 (US $67), to reach their ideal weight and Euro200 (US$26 8)  if it is kept off for 5 mths a further Euro500.00 (US$670)  if they keep it off for 1 year!!!…Bwoy lose weight and make money!! I am sure that would work for me….The USA should really look at adopting that as their population is seriously overweight…wont bother to mention JA …we caan afford it!
